Data verification infrastructure only

WinClub provides tracking tools to measure the public execution data of creators, including picks, trades, stock options logs and software deployments.

No financial advice

WinClub is not a registered broker-dealer, financial advisor, or asset management institution under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Nigeria or any other regulator. Data on leaderboards represents historical tracking and should not be taken as investment advice.

High risk

Betting, trading equities, options, forex and crypto carries significant risk. Past performance verified on WinClub is no guarantee of future returns.

Processing

All subscription checkouts are handled by Paystack. A membership starts only after Paystack confirms the payment.

Platform commission

WinClub keeps 20% of every membership payment. The other 80% goes to the creator's wallet and becomes withdrawable 14 days after the payment.

Refunds

If a channel posts no picks in the 7 days after you pay, you can ask for your money back between day 7 and day 14 after paying. Otherwise payments are final. You can still report any channel that breaks these rules.

Account security

Creators who link tracking accounts (such as read-only broker access or API keys) are responsible for keeping that access read-only. WinClub is not liable for losses caused by misuse of those credentials.

Honest listings

Creators may not promise guaranteed, sure or risk-free wins. Posted picks are timestamped and can't be edited; settled picks are locked.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You are responsible for your own tax obligations. You must be 18 or older to use WinClub.
